iDesk email piping

If you just set up or have moved your installation of iDesk, one of the commonly overlooked items during the setup phase is the email piping. Email piping is the process of getting iDesk to read the emails that are sent to your support email address and convert them into tickets.

Of course you need to set up an email address first, then what you want to do is found under Tickets- Email Processing
