iDesk 1.5 has now been released!
Apparently someone forgot to notify me that the new release of iDesk was made available for download.
The list of improvements is huge and have been detailed in my recent postings. Here for those wondering are the requirements for iDesk 1.5

Hard at work creating new features and options for iDesk and the latest result is the ability to collapse emails.
While this may not sound like a wonderful thing, it really is! If you have an ongoing issue and a ticket has a large number of replies the page height can get to crazy proportions.

iDesk has had a few more changes since it started it’s redevelopment.
Content of the email is displayed by a mouseover when viewing the tickets
Admin has the ability to strip HTML from emails or view email naturally
Mail in the inbox can be marked as spam and is sent to the Spam Tickets mailbox

iDesk is currently undergoing upgrades for it’s next release. The updates already include the following features
Spam filtering via akismet
Search by ticket number (feature was missing in it’s last release)
Compatibility with PHP5
Browser caching disabled
Security fixes
Planned updates before release include
The ability to view email headers
Disabling HTML email by stripping out HTML tags (as an option)
Stripping out javascript and meta tags for security purposes

Launched less than 30 minutes ago, IndexuFAQ.com is the newest site aimed at helping users getthe most out of IndexU.
At the current time IndexuFAQ is not complete but it is quickly filling up with the most commonly asked questions by users that I have run across.
