iDesk has had a few more changes since it started it’s redevelopment.

• Content of the email is displayed by a mouseover when viewing the tickets
• Admin has the ability to strip HTML from emails or view email naturally
• Mail in the inbox can be marked as spam and is sent to the Spam Tickets mailbox
• A few minor bugs were worked out that I reported earlier

Overall I think we’re looking at a release date soon. I know a manual will be needed and I’m trying to get a copy of the new version so I can write a manual before it is released.
