One thing that I have found about iDesk 1.5 that is an annoyance is the lack of the ability to “go back” when viewing a ticket.

This is especially annoying when you are searching for a ticket and click on one and find it is not the one you want. Instead of just clicking “back” you must go through the search again.

I’ll speak with Dody about changing this for the next release. For now just remember that if you’re not sure that the ticket you are going to open is the correct one (it does give you apreview remember?) that you can always open it in a new window (right click - open in new window).
