I know I said an update would be forthcoming a while ago, but I was just informed tonight that the updates are now complete.

Documentation is being written up and then it will be released.

This updates fixes the security issue I mentioned previously and also includes a number of other features as well including

• Fixing the removal of text spacing in plain text emails
• Adding AJAX features so pages do not need to be refreshed
• The ability to view a ticket on the same page as “browse tickets” or on a new page
• Fixing a bug that would cause an error when the admin chose departments for staff members
• other bug fixes that I just can’t remember right now

We should see a release late this week or early next week at the latest. I do not know what version number the release will be called yet.
