One bug down, one to go!

Text messages are now being parsed correctly. I haven’t heard what the fix was yet, but that doesn’t really matter does it? It’s working now. Attachments are still being corrupted and that issue is being worked on. Since the attachment corruption is still happening there is no plan for another release yet. iDesk bugs

One old bug and a new bug was found today. Plain text emails are being stripped off all carraige returns. In order to fix this issue iDesk was supposed to inject /rn after a line end. iDesk 1.6 Released

iDesk 1.6 has been released! Here are the major updates for this version + now support escalation for unresponded tickets beyond a set time limit, the list will be generated and sent via cron process + ticket browsing and viewing has been converted to ajax + user can view the latest post by clicking on the ticket in [...] [...more]
