iDesk 1.6 Released

iDesk 1.6 has been released! Here are the major updates for this version

+ now support escalation for unresponded tickets beyond a set time limit, the list will be generated and sent via cron process
+ ticket browsing and viewing has been converted to ajax
+ user can view the latest post by clicking on the ticket in ticket browse
+ previewed ticket can be viewed on the current page or new page
+ latest posts status are being represented by icon
+ fixed bugs on single quote character
+ fixed bugs on email notification
+ default data can be translated to other languages
+ installation can detect and add necessary tables and columns
+ spam tickets can be deleted collectively from header menu
+ user can now close ticket after reply
+ default text area is no longer tinyMCE, users can now switch between tinyMCE and default text area by pressing the button
+ spam filter is no longer filtering on staff’s reply posts

Of course there are numerous bugfixes in this version. There were a lot of small bugfixes to be dealt with, many of which were not seen unless certain conditions were met.
